After you get a new client setup with the basics, then we often are on the hunt for data, documents and other items to help us help them. This process can be tedious and time consuming. We'll show you a few ways to make it better.
Onboarding new clients is a time consuming process and often mistakes are made. We will help you do the repetitive tasks automatically and setup a system to ensure the manual work is completed properly and timely. We will look at the initial steps of onboarding using automation. Later, we will build on this and onboard more specific redundant tasks.
Participants will learn how to build a practice in the age of the Millennial where everyone is their own boss and finding and retaining talent is getting harder and harder to achieve. We'll discuss various options to entice talented individuals to join, learn, grow and stick around for a while, if not forever.
